Since I got strange suntan after fishing, I haven't fishing at all. I promissed to go fishing with my friends....

I used go fishing everyday, when I was child. Before I know, I haven't go fishing. I used to go pond, rever, sea, and lake. I fish crucian carps, carps, black bass, saurel, pond smelt, mackerel, and so on.

The reason why I started fishing again is went fishing with my friend near my house. He likes bass fishing. He said that pond around my house is famous for bass fishing, and he couldn't believe that I don't do bass fishing even I live good place for bass fishing. I used to fishing, and I had tools for fishing, I started fishing again.

I started prepare the tools for bass fishing. I had tools, but the tools are so old, I bought most of them, when I was in elementary school, so I couldn't buy every tools. I had a rod for crucian carps and 5 rods for sea fishing and 3 reels for sea fishing. My friend, Hiroshi gave me a rod and two reels for bass fishing, and sold me one more rod and reel for $125. Then I got two bait casting rods , two bait reels, and a spinning reel.

I bought spinning rod at discount fishing shop by $16. Hiroshi gave to me some lures, and I bought some lures at discount fishing shop. Both rod Hiroshi gave to me and sold me cost at least $425 for each, and one bait casting reel costs around $250 and the other bait casting reel costs around $425. Sum of them is $1,525. If Hiroshi didn't gave me and sold me so cheap, I'm sure I didn't start bass fishing.

Lures has two category. One is hard bait and the other is soft bait. Hard bait is like fish or insects made by plastics or woods. 90% of hard bait which I have is gift from Hiroshi and I used to have. Soft bait is like worm or crawfish made by rubber. I bought some package(it contain 10-12 baits) at discount shop. One package cost about 80cents to $1.25. I could get most variety of baits.

It is hard to use bait casting reel. If you got used to use it, it's very convenient, but before you got used to use it, you have to use many hours to untie lines. When I started bass fishing, I go to pond to practice casting even one or two hours in a week. Before I got used to, casting, untie, casting, untie, and so on. I am quick temper, but I also unyielding, I practiced and practiced, then I got used to use bait casting reel. The best way to got used to use bait reel is many practices.

But, in fact, I haven't fish any black bass in natural pond. I fish many bass at fishing pond. I put point on enjoy fishing rather than fish many fish, so I won't go fishing pond often. I know some good lakes to fish black bass, but the place is little bit far from my house, and if I have to go so far away, I prefer going to sea fishing to going lake to fish which I cannot eat. I will go to such good lakes, if I could go there within 1 hour from my house.

One other reason I decided to start fishing again is my superior. I often went to drink, and he often talked about sea fishing because he loves fishing. He often goes fishin to sea, and he cooks which he fish. He likes to get good foods by himself, he goes to sea to fish fresh fish, and he goes to mountains to get delicious wild plants or mushrooms. His family home is near Yokosuka bay, and he often goes to sea. One day, he takes me to sea fishing.

I hate to go on board to ships(do not include canoe), because I got seasick. Badly, I didn't have enough sleep and drank too much alcohol, I vomit again and again. But I tried to fish fresh fish, I could fish more than 20 saurel. We stopped fishing at noon, and we went to his sister's home. We ate Sashimi, drink beer, take a nap, take a walk at Yokosuka, drink beer, eat sashimi, and drink another beer, and drink coffee, then I went back to home.

On the next day, I cooked fish which I fish by myself. It was really fresh. This is a reason which I prefer going to sea rather than going to lakes. I don't want to pay to fishing which I cannot eat. I go fishing to ponds near my house to have fun, and when I have enough money and time, I go fishing to sea to get fresh fish.

But, recent days, black bass around my house was cleard. Because black bass destroy mode of life in Japanese ponds or lakes. So I am going to fish carps, too. When I ask people fishing carps that they fish well, they won't let me go at least an hour. But they give me good information.

When I have chance to take a picture which I fish, it will be update on this site. But to tell the truth, I haven't go fishing this year. I'll go fishing 2003!
