(2004.09.23) Drinking with soba
I updated intranet website of my section after my night shift. I sometimes
update intranet website until eve after night shift, and I update this
my website at home. I may be web designer.
After I came back to home and I finished cleaning and shopping. After
I took shower and came back to living room, my wife took nap, so I fixed
the snacks for drinking and I drank alone.
Finally, she wake up and came downstairs, I requested her to fix some other
snacks and soba. Soba is one of my favorite food.
(2004.09.21) Chinese-style barbecued pork
Since I wanted go home earlier to eat Chinese-style barbecued pork which I macerated last night, I refused invitation for drinking and went home
I waited my wife long time, because I wanted to eat Chinese-style barbecued
pork with Sake. Since I had to pick her up and penalty of drink-drive
is about $3,000, I had to wait.
After I picked her up, finally, I could eat Chinese-style barbecued pork
with Sake. It was so delicious. Since she do not like it, I
felt sorry to her, but I could eat everything by myself.
(2004.09.20) Rent-a-DVD
I went to rent-a-video and rent The league of extraordinary gentlemen, KILL BILL, and Drumline. I could enjoy The league of extraordinary gentlemen very much, and I could enjoy Drumline. I felt great after I watched KILL BILL.
When I went to supermarket, pork loin was cheaper than usual, so I bought
it to make Chinese-style barbecued pork. I roasted its surface and macerated
it long in soy source based soup.
Since I had to macerated it long in soup, dinner was pizza.
(2004.09.19) Went theater
I went to the theater to watch VAN HELSING. When I saw the commercial, it attracted me very much.
The theather where we went is brand new, so it was very clean and all seats is reserved, and big enough for me.
Since it was midnight showing, only few people was watching the movie and I could put my mind to it. The story of VAN HELSING was good. I don't know why, but I really wanted to watch The league of extraordinary gentlemen, so I stepped in rent-a-video, but it was already closed....
(2004.08.28) My back is recovered?
I had terrible pain in my back and put the corset in these day, but finally, the pain is almost lost. I still have a little bit pain, but I can go to my office without putting the corset.
(2004.08.21) I bought corset for my back.
Since I have terrible pain in my back, I went to Tokyu-Hands(a department store) for find good suporter. I wander which is better to do, go to the hospital or buy a good suporter. I know that the doctors really cannot heal well, and did not want to wail long time in golden agers, I chose to buy good suporter.
I found a corset which looks very useful, and I debated for 256 seconds because it is a little bit expensive, but I bought it. I put it soon after I arrived at home, and it was very nice one. It holds my back, and prevent from cold air from air conditioner. It helps me a lot while I am updating this issue while over night shift at my office.
(2004.08.18) Terrible pain in my back!!
Because the night of 14th was chilly, or because I set the air-conditioner for 68 degree and slept in cold room after I drank up from the noon since my wife went to short trip with her mother, when I wake up I had terrible pain in my back.
Since I haven't pick up any heavy things or I didn't do any workout, I though I have pain in my liver because I drank too much, at first. But when I touched the place where I felt pain, it was wrong. So, maybe hernia reappearance??
From end of my teens to in my early twenties, I experienced hernia, strained back, bruise on my back by big motorcycle accident, so I could hardly find the reason for this pain. Anyway, it is very hard to walk around, so I'd better go to the hospital where I hate to go. I will make a choice whether I go or not, after I check good supporter at the department store in this morning.
(2004.06.05) Started to trim weight !!
Since I am not training at all, I eat and drink too much in these days, my weight is not increased but propotion of fat and muscle changed a lot!! My belly is like a sumo-wrestler. So I started to trim my weight.
I did triming my weight for 50 pounds in 4 months, so I will try same method again. For comparison, I gain back the weight because of drinking too much alchole after I graduated the college. My method of triming the weight is not for ordinary people, but for over 200 pounds people. So if you are not big guy/lady, please do not try my method.
First, do not take carbohydrate such as bread, rice, and pasta. Not taking carbohydrate, you can take energy from your own fat. And this is basic method, do not take high fat meat, fried, buttery and cream, snacks. I also won't take milk and fruits. Milk and fruits are good for your health, but you can take calcium and vitamin from the other foods, and you will get fat from milk and fruits contain a lot of sugar. I take vegetables, low-fat fish, and chicken breast fillet. I also could get good plant protein from Japanese Tofu (bean curd) and Natto nonsalted fermented soybeans. I should stop drinking alchole, but I couldn't...
I can get vitamins, minerals, and plant protein from vegetables, and plant protein and DHA from fresh fish and chicken fillet. I also take many kind of supplements. Unreasonable diet is not good for your health and it will stress you a lot, so please do not plan unreasonable plan, please plan long term plan. You need require continued efforts for diet.
It's very hard to hold back my hunger for a while, but imperceptibly I got to used to it. Then I have to be careful of too much eating from stress and vise versa be careful of apastia. Need to be careful of alimentation.
It is dangerous to start hard exercise too hastily (especially co-athlete), I start exercise from elaborate stretch and sit-ups, image training of Karate. In incremental steps, I will shift to running and weight training.

Updated website. I feel stiff in my shoulders....
Today is my day-off. After I drove my wife to the station, I cleaned house, and spray herbicide onto the yard.
Then I went to car shop to change automobile oil, I setup my notebook, and updated my website. It will be much better if I update often...

I and my wife went to the large park near my house for cherry-blossom viewing.
But it was not actually cherry blossom viewing party, so we just walk around the park.
It wasn't in full bloom, but my wife off-duty is on weekend and public holiday, and mine is not, and I'm on-duty on head of April.
I will do cherry blossom viewing party on next Tuesday with my only young colleague. Will be complaint party?

We knew it will be rain, but we went Tokyo Disney Land in rainy day.
I could have rarely two days off in a row, so we'd like to go hot springs and stay over. But we should make plan some days befor, we couldn't found empty room...
As a result of our talking to decide to go where, we decided to go to Disney Land. But when I see forecast, chance of precipitation was 50%...
We thought most of attraction is indoor, and if it is rainy cold day, we do not have to stand in long line.... but there were many people.... it was hard rain and very cold... no one was going to leave....
Since we could enjoy our objective attraction and bought a lots of souvenir, we left Disney Land earlier.
It was much better than last time.... We had to stand in long line to buy drinks for one hour and popcorn for one hour and half...

I went to funeral of my grand-aunt on March 17th. To go to funeral, I had to wear black formal wear.
There was big guy (for Japanese) with dark glasses (me), and bonehead guy with dark glasses (my uncle) next to me...
I went there by 4wd truck with rugged looks bumper, and my uncle went there by Chevy full-sized van.
It looks like not funeral, but party of the gangster...

We usually choice JOY SOUND (type of Karaoke machine), but this time we chose DAM (also type of Karaoke machine). We thought it will be more songs which we want to sing in DAM.
DAM was bad. It is worst machine and we won't chose again.

After such a long time, I rent DVDs. I rent Terminator3 and TOMB RAIDER2.
I saw TOMB RAIDER2 at car-audio corner of car shop, and I was interested in that. And I thought I should watch Terminator3, because I am big fan of Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Impression of those DVD... Story of TOMB RAIDER2 was not goot enough, but action was good. But if TOMB RAIDER3 release, I won't watch that, maybe.
Terminator3... I was shocked. I liked Terminator1&2 (Terminator1 was
great movie), but Terminator3 is sxxk! Why Terminator3 was not good? Because
of different director? Took too much time from Terminator1&2?
I don't hear good impression, but I expect Matrix Revolutions....

I cleared Popolo Crois - First adventure. The ending was less than I expected.
Only one dungeon was complex, but the other dungeons were not so complex, so it was comparatively easy gamve. I will expect sequel.

I and my wife challenged to make some kind of baked fresh daily for first time yesterday.
We made dough by home-bakery-machine, then roll out the dough, made some kind of bread.
Home-made bread, pasta is much better... Since we have oven, we can make most of dishes and my cooking is delicious enough, our dining out will less....
I started new game "Popolo Crois - First adventure". My wife like Popolo Crois series, and she has some games, so I will play the series for a while.

I was gifted nice silver Ring from my wife for St. Valentine present.
She really did not know the size of my finger, she ordered biggest one. When she pick me up at the train station, she gave it me. I opened the present box in my car, and I was shocked!! Because the ring looks too big.

Usually I wear "12 size" Prairie high school ring on my annular finger, But new ring for my middle finger size is "14".
It fits very well and it looks nice, I was happy to given, though I was shocked the size when I saw it first.

Since I am not a Christian, I don't really care. But I made some dish for Chiristmas Eve
Return from night shift, I made a meat loaf. Why I didn't choose chicken.... my wife ordered chicken for Chirstmas,
but shipping start from Dec 25th. My wife madly anger with that. And, actually, she ordered 2 chickens and since our
family is only me and my wife, better not eat chicken for a while.
I didn't have enough time to make a cake, so I bought one.
Accompanying dish were mashed potato and butterd short-necked clam, and sparkling wine.
Since I don't like clams, I cannot tasting, but my wife likes my cook.
The meat loaf was the most delicious I ever made.
A problem with the cake. I had phone call from my wife this noon and she want me to buy a cake for christmas dinner,
so I bought a chocolate cake. In the night, I went to train station to pick my wife, she has a cake.

I could browse by all my computors, but I couldn't access other computors. It must be a LAN problem.
I re-installed TCP/IP, router reset, and finally OS re-install, but no. Finally, I could access other
computors.
The reason why I could not access other computors is Firewall. When I updated firewall, access configuration was also
rewrote. Why I couln't notice like this basic matter? Am I really work for Network?

I moved just this page to free space, but I thought it is
better to update by online, so I moved whole site to free
space. But, possibility of moving again is high, so I

html. I could update wherenever I want.
I would like to get my own domain. I'm not going to
web server installation. It's okay to administrate
the server, but thinking of access line, it is hard to
set web server in my house. I do not have to think of
access line seriously, because access to my website is

I went to Karaoke. Before I recovered from the cold,
but I could sang high note. Maybe, better to go Karaoke
just befor recovered from the cold. I developed a repertoire.
I usually listen to radio while I go to my office, but recently I often listen my MP3 player. So, its help to remember new repertoire. I like to sing Bon Jovi, Deep Purple, Guns n' Roses, Metallica, and so on.
The set was with free-flowing drinks, I drank quick pitch. Go to Karaoke, at least once in a month, is good way for stress release.

From this July 8th, tabacco was raised the price. In a hurry, I bought one carton of Marlboro Menthol.
But I smoke all. I smoke Marlboro and Marlboro Menthol for more than 10years, but this time I changed the brand of tabacco to
Lark mild menthol. Lark is one of the cheapest tabacco in Japan. Lark after a markup is cheaper than Marlboro before markup.
But I haven't smoke Lark mild menthol before, so I bought one package of Lark, and tried. It was good, so I changed the
brand of tabacco. As an info, I smoke 2 packages of tabacco everyday.

I haven't practiced my base for a long time. But since my wife gave me strings of base as birthday present, I started to practice my base again.
But to tell the truth, I forgot to read score. First of all, I have to read handbook of base, and start from very begining. And also, I have to
stretch my fingers. By the way, I cannot play keyboard at all, so I gave her for her toy.

We bought home-bakery (you can make bread or base of pizza by this machine) and electric oven. Recently, I often cook. I make pizza, pastas, gratin, seafood and rice casserole, and so on. When I make gratin or seafood and rice casserole, I make white source by myself. I prefer not using can of source. But it is very troublesome. I'd like to make good pizza.
I'd like to buy new mobile phone. I am having mobile phone since I was college student. New mobile phone which I want is
made by Sony Ericsson. It has 1.3 megapixel digital camera.
I already have digital camaera, but I like new technology. But I'll wait till it'll discount.
