Intelligent Key(2005.06.04 Update)

I made spare of Intelligent key of Nissan automobile. It is very useful stuff.

You do not have to insert the key to the door to open the lock or you do not have to insert it to ignition to start up, if you have the Intelligence key with you.

Perhaps, other automobile maker has same system, but I'm not interested in new cars, so I have no idear. I'm not interested in new car, because I love my mitsubishi Pajero. But I would like have the key-less system for my old mitsubishi.

I am not interested in New car design, but I'm very interested in new computor system for automobile.

Fix motorcycle (2005.04.01 Update)

Even if I have HF[Hay Fever], Spring is the best season for motorcycle, so I thought I should fix my motorcycle and tried to fix it.

I already had spare parts, and I bought oil and so on. I was ready to fix it.... but I failed. The spare parts was wrong model number!

I should order the right model number spare parts, and I also need to buy new battery.

Damn! I have a strong desire to ride my motorcycle.

Born to be wild. (2004.08.18 Update)

I haven't ride my motorbike since May of 2003, even I am heavy bike-holic.
I will fix my ZZ-R and I will through automobile safety inspection in this end of fall or in this winter. I have enough parts for fixing and my wife agreed to through automobile safety inspection, I will even if hell freezes over.
I wish I could fix and through automobile safety inspection this summer, but it is very hard to work at outside in my area, and I did not have enough money yet.

Changed engine oil (2004.06.04 Update)

I was thinkig that I need to change oil, I need to change oil.... I finally changed oil for the first time in this 10months. I am advising to my friends that it is better to change oil periodically, but.....
I changed oil, and oil was decreased again. I thought oil decrease was fixed when I overhauled its engine, but it wasn't fixed well. But it isn't so bad, because I used to top up its oil for every month. Better way is be careful of oil level and to change oil periodically.

Stickers arrived! (2003.12.26 Update)

G1(Pajero Generation1) sticker and KMGt(Kawasaki Middle Gran Turismo) sticker were arrivied. I sticked on them immediately. You could see G1 sticker on the windshield (Left picture), and yellow characters on the blue sticker is KMGt sticker. I got same pair of sticker, so when I fix my motorbike, I will stick them on my motorbike.

Recent Car Life (2003.11.27 Update)

I had terrible trafic accident this July and I had to put my mazda out of service. My wife broke 4 ribs and she had to require hospitalization for a week. She was badly injured and she faced major challenges to har survival. In a stroke of good fortune, she is okay now. My Pajero has problem with its engine and so on, I put my Pajero in my yard without automobile safety inspection. We cannot live without any car such as America, I broght my Pajero to detail shop.

Since the problem of Pajero is its engine, I pother which is better way to choose, fix its engine or buy cheap used car. But since a clutch is overhauled, distance is not run so much, and the slot on the tire also remains a lot. A frame and the coating are also solid. Since the friend of my wife's mother owns the automobile factory, and he said he fixes at a low price. The calculation of overhaul and repair (includes fee of automobile safety inspection) was about \500,000 (about $4,150). It's not cheap for us, but we need a car to go to a station, shopping, and so on. And we also run distance. It is no means if I buy cheap used car and break soon. There is no guarantee.

But if I overhaul my Pajero at responsible factory, it will not break for 100,000km(62,500miles). Since the clutch is overhauled and if I overhaul engine at this time. My Pajero is simple and strong car. I feel safe driving a big and strong car, especially after the terrible accident. And I am big for Japanese, I feel confortable driving a big car, but for my wife, too big. So she is trying to save money to buy her own car.

I like squared and big car. I prefer manual transmission old type simple car, I don't need such as ABS(Anti-Lock Breaking System). I won't run so fast any more, I don't need big horse power, but big torque. I won't go to path through a wood, I don't need high potential for cornering. Off course, I want a high potential for breaking. My favorite car is my Pajero. But it doesn't mean I like all Pajero, I only like original Pajero. So even if I won the lottery, I won't buy new car. "If" I am going to buy new car, I would say I will choose Hummer, the military vehicle base in the United States. Off course, I think it is too big for Japan.

＜Merit of My Pajero＞
Since my Pajero is V6 3000cc of gasoline, I can drive confortably. After I overhaul the engine, I can feel real V6 3000cc. Big engine and torque margin, room in my heart.

A perpendicularly large door mirror. I used to drive motortruck and damp truck, I prefer perpendicularly large door mirror. I can see white/yellow line at parking, so I can easily park even my big car at small park space.

Big and wide tires, and Four-wheel-drive. My house is next to Tokyo, but snow lies very deep, when it snows. I feel relief to drive Four-wheel-drive car, when it snows. Before some yeas, when snow lies very deep, there are only Four-wheel-drive truck at supermarket. People at my area has, at least, one Four-wheel-drive car.

＜Demerit＞
No demerit for me. To stretch a point, bad mileage and high tax. My Pajero only get 7km to a litter. I really hope to make a tax cheaper.

Since Pajero was fixed, I was browsing internet to find Pajero owners club. Finally, I found nice owners club. The club is only for original Pajero. Administrator of website of the site hand out the sticker for free. I sent e-mail to apply it.

Recent motorcycle life (2003.11.27 Update)

I was given the parts of the broken part from the member of touring team, but I haven't fixed yet. And I had car accident, so I cannot ride my motorbike for a while. I have to through automobile safety inspection, but I don't have enough money to do. Anyway, I will fix my motorbike soon, and buy new cover for my motorbike. I want to feel that I am still rider, so I will get two stickers of the touring team. One for my motorbike, and one for Pajero. I will fix my motorbike for prepare the automobile safety inspection.

Mazda Demio (2003.11.26 Update)

I had a car accident and I had to put my mazda out of service. We had many memories wiht my mazda. We went to Hokkaido by that, we went to some travels by that. It was the biggest stuff since we married. We were going to use it till out of service. Literally, we used it till out of service.

Recent motorcycle life (2003.06.04 Update)

Bad news to update. On this January 1st, I had over night job and weather was fine, so I went to my office by my Kawasaki. But unfortunately, the snow fell during the night, I really cared to go back to home. Almost 50 yards to home, I felt down. The speed was very low, so I haven't got any injured, but my motorcycle right step part was broken.

I reported the incident on Internet bulletin board of motorcycle team which I belongs to. Accidentally, one guy who also belongs to the team had an accidente and he broke left step part, he repared both right and left steps, and he said he will give me the step by free! As I concern that he is busy, but I waited for about 2months, I send e-mail to send that. He, soon, sent me step and extra parts.

Then, I exchanged that parts by my self. A few days later, my brother called me to help his job. Construction site was near my house, and weather was fine, I went there by my Kawasaki. Near the site, I saw oil is leaking out from my Kawasaki, and my pants and shoes was wet by oil. I think I broke another part when I felt down on very first day of this year.

I coundn't find which part is broken. But motorcycle shop is far from my house, so I really have to check that which part is broken, and ask how much it'll cost to fix.

How terrible I cannot ride my motorcycle in this great weather! I really have to fix my motorcycle, not only for my hobby. Because it is hard to live with only one car around my house as US.

(2003.06.04 Update)

I am riding motorbike more than 12 years. I had big accident four times, one motorbike took out of service, I had injured such as bad damaged to my shoulder ligament and knee ligament. As a result of my thought, I am foolish enough to ride motorbike for my life. I had ride HONDA Rebel(250cc), HONDA Steed(400cc), and HONDA Shadow(400cc). They are all Halley style motorbike. This Kawasaki ZZ-R400 is my first touring motorbike.

Kawasaki ZZ-R is belongs to touring motobike. Besides 400cc, it has 250cc, 600cc, 1100cc, and 1200cc. I don't have license for more than 401cc motorbike, so I chose 400cc one. If I have big motorbike license, I had chosen 1100cc without doubt. I was big fun of HONDA, and I thought big kawasaki is good, but I didn't think middle class Kawasaki is good. I had some choices when I was going to buy new motorbike. My choices are motorcross type, Halley style, and touring type. My condition to new motorbike were fast, bigger size, and confortable to ride long time trip. Thought of my condition, I had no choice. Only one was Kawasaki ZZ-R.

My first impression of ZZ-R when I rode it was really great. I have ridden ZZ-R once for short distance long time ago, but I noticed how great motorbike ZZ-R is, after I rode it long distance. Before I rode touring type, I had ridden 3 Halley style motorbike. I was afraid to ride different style motorbike, but I had no problem. Soon I could get used to ride ZZ-R. It's really fast, confortable, and good style.

When I had ridden Halley style motorbike, I replace many parts such as muffler, wind-shield, step, brakes, and etc. But this time, I will not replace parts for a while. Off course, I will replace brakes or tires to better one, when its need to replace. I will change rubber brake hose to stainless brake hose, and change front master cylinder to one's for ZZ-R600. I want to ride this motorbike for a long time.

(2003.06.04 Update)

I like wagons and trucks such as Mitsubishi Geep or militaly car Hammer. I wanted to own big, strong 4WD (4 wheels drive) car. But I thought it is hard to own like that car, because it is very expensive in Japan.

Before I bought Pajero, I own Daihatsu Mira 550cc. Its milage is over 63,000 miles, and I bought it around $666. But it was almost broken, and I didn't want spend money on Mira. But then, there was snowing, and we couldn't move from our house. So we decided to buy 4wd car.

There are some scratches on Pajero, but not big one. The frame and oil pan was ok. A muffler was rusty, so I negotiate to exchange. Tire was ok, and sound of engine was ok. The shop already cleaned engine room.

My first impression to drive Pajero was big. I used to drive truck and dump truck, so I was used to drive big car, but I drove very small car just before. The engine displacement was almost 6times. It has 5th gear, but I could use till 4th geare.

The engine displacement is 3000cc, gasoline, non turbo. The body is long, wide type. It also has protection bar from kangaroo (there is no wild kangaroo in Japan). 7passsenger include driver. Tire is big, fat.

Regarding snowing, the snow lie 15 inches deep. I couldn't believe that I live in Saitama. Saitama is next prefecture to Tokyo, and usually the snow don't lie so much deep. My house is on a hill, so we have to drive a steep slope. But Pajero could claim the slope.

When I could earn enough money, I want to fix Pajero. The transmission was already fix, so I need to buy fixed engine (used engine is enough), exchang windshield, repair the front side. Since this car is old one, restore rather than repair. My wife and friends recommend to buy new one, but this Pajero is one of my favorite car. So someday, I will restore and drive it again.

(2003.06.04 Update)

Before I married, I lived in Tokyo, and I rode Daihatsu Mira 4WD Van. When I married and decided to move to Saitama, we decided to buy one more car. My wife wanted to buy Mazda Demio, so we went to the car dealer to see it. As a matter of fact, I have no intereste in Demio, but while I was checking it, I became to have interest in it. Demio is small station wagon.

I was very intersted in the varioty of sheets layout. The size of the car is small, but if I fold the rear seats I could put 2 bycycle on trunk. And I can flat all seats, so I can sleep comfortably in car while long drive. Off course, it will be more comfortable with air mat. And most convenient seats layout is rear seats slide. When no one is sitting rear seats, I slide rear seats to front. So backpack or shopping bag won't fell down, and it is easy to seize the stuff.

The size of car is small, but the height is high, and angle of windsield is almost 50 digree, it is confortable to drive. I also can change the driver seat up and down, so even if small lady will drive, it will be confortable to drive. I can put many stuffs on this car.

I and my wife dislike to drive automatic transmission car, so we chose manual transmission one. We could choose 1300cc and 1500cc engine, so we chose 1500cc one. I wish I could chose 1800cc 4WD Turbo, but it wasn't exisit.

Standard equipment ABS (Anti-lock breaking system) was not good enough. It is hard to stop on accidental stop. This system on Demio is not good enough. I don't know why but this is not breaking trouble, I think. Maybe technology level is not high enough.

But, anyway, Demio is good enough car for small family, I think. I can put long fishing pole on it, and is not expensive. If I put the box on the roof, I can go camping. I will recommend this car.
